With a focus on dancers and athletes, Alexis seeks to help her clients gain better physical awareness to prevent injury and maintain a healthy, long lasting conditioning practice. Students can expect to leave class understanding and knowing their bodies better, so that they can move forward in their training and lives as a stronger and happier version of themselves. In Alexis' class, alignment is key to success; we must find alignment before we can do any exercise. Alexis’ teaching style is a combination of fluid movements and strong purposeful gestures, and her class offers a diverse array of Pilates and dance related training. She is interested in enhancing others’ physical well-being, as well as their mental and emotional health through movement, discipline and growth.
